Like a doctor seeing a patient, we at Falconi Auto Diagnostics firmly believe that a proper diagnosis is the first critical step to repairing any existing problem. As the business name implies, we focus on the diagnosis itself and then provide an accurate recommendation for repair to be completed either by Falconi Auto Diagnostics or a third party, at the customer's discretion. 

The traditional “guess and replace parts until it's fixed” approach (a.k.a. firing the Parts Cannon), based solely on symptoms, trouble codes or repair trends, can prove to be ineffective and prohibitively expensive for today's modern vehicles. After several attempted fixes and comebacks, the original problem often still remains. In fact, sometimes additional problems can actually be "introduced" by unnecessary repairs or replacing original equipment with lower quality aftermarket parts. By this point, the vehicle owner is frustrated, has wasted time and money and has lost confidence in your ability to properly repair their vehicle. 

To accurately and efficiently pinpoint the problem, we apply a methodical and scientific approach to automotive repair:

• Verify the complaint: This first step is often overlooked in the automotive repair field. The customer's complaint must be reproducible. If the problem is intermittent, it can be very difficult and time-consuming to trace.
• Diagnose the problem: Using both traditional and more sophisticated diagnostic tools (including OEM-level bi-directional scan tools, digital meters, an oscilloscope, etc.), we gather evidence in a systematic fashion to efficiently isolate and verify the fault.
• Repair the problem: Once the problem has been identified and the customer approves the repair, the recommended repair is completed.
• Verify the repair: If Falconi Auto Diagnostics completes the repair, a verification test drive is completed to ensure the fault has been properly corrected.

At the end of the day, when the problem is efficiently diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time around with no guesswork, the customer is happy. The time and money spent on a professional diagnosis is a fantastic investment and pays for itself immediately in avoiding unnecessary labor and replacement of parts. Also, the customer will have confidence in the repair further down the road, because a thorough diagnosis addresses the underlying problem, not just the symptoms.
