Our Guarantee & Service Policy:

The customer doesn't pay a cent until Falconi Auto Diagnostics completes a thorough diagnosis and recommendation for repair.

If the initial diagnosis is incorrect (rare, but it can happen occasionally), we will perform the diagnosis again FOR FREE. Lost labor time and parts costs due to an incorrect diagnosis are NOT covered.

If the recommended repair is completed by Falconi Auto Diagnostics, we guarantee the repair for 30 days.

If the recommended repair is completed by a third party, Falconi Auto Diagnostics cannot be held responsible for an improper repair. If a problem still exists after the recommended repair is complete, we will gladly take another look at the vehicle. However, if we find that the repair was completed improperly, or that the replacement part is defective, a separate diagnostic charge will apply.

If Falconi Auto Diagnostics is asked by the owner to perform a repair without first conducting our own diagnosis, we cannot be held responsible if the original concern is not resolved. For example: the customer requests spark plug replacement due to a poorly running engine and the misfire is still present after the repair.

The diagnostic process often requires test driving the vehicle and partial disassembly to gain access to electronic components or wiring. Falconi Auto Diagnostics will perform the necessary work and return the vehicle to the customer as it was prior to beginning any work. Falconi Auto Diagnostics is fully insured, so any accidental damage to the vehicle is covered.

If we cannot reproduce the problem within the first hour, we will not proceed further unless the customer approves further testing.
We will, however, still provide a general recommendation based on the described symptoms, history codes stored in the vehicle computer, and available Technical Service Bulletins.
We will also strongly encourage the customer to wait until the issue gets worse, at which point it will be easier to track down at a later date (separate diagnosis fee will apply).
Customer will be billed for one hour labor, with a diagnosis "no problems found at this time."
